Refund and Returns Policy

At ChopOnUae, we operate on a specialized Pre-order (On-Demand) basis. Each timepiece is sourced globally and imported specifically for your individual request. Because of the nature of this bespoke sourcing, our return policy is structured as follows:

1. The Pre-order Commitment

By placing an order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you are initiating a global sourcing process.

  • Wait Time: You agree to the delivery window of 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Non-Cancellation: Once the sourcing process begins (24 hours after order), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded while “In-Transit” from our international partners.

2. Returns Eligibility (Post-Delivery Inspection)

Luxury timepieces require immediate inspection. Once your pre-ordered watch is delivered within the UAE, you have 24 Hours (1 Day) to inspect the item and request a return, provided:

  • Manufacturer Defect: The watch has a functional or aesthetic defect from the factory.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a model different from the one you pre-ordered.
  • Original Condition: The watch must be unworn and unaltered, with all protective films, tags, and original luxury packaging intact.

3. Change of Mind (Non-Defective Returns)

Because each item is imported specifically for you from global markets:

  • Restocking Fee: If a return is accepted for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), a 25% Restocking Fee of the total value will be deducted from the refund. This covers international logistics, customs duties, and insurance costs already incurred.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for secure, insured return shipping to our office in Dubai.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Watches showing any signs of wear (even minor hairline scratches).
  • Watches where the warranty card has been filled or the bracelet has been resized/links removed.
  • Special limited-edition pieces sourced via private request.
  • Late Requests: Any return request made after the 24-hour inspection period will not be accepted.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the return at our Dubai location, our specialists will inspect the timepiece (usually within 48 hours).
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

6. Defective Items (Warranty)

If the watch develops a movement fault after the initial 24-hour inspection period, it remains covered under a 2-year international manufacturer’s warranty. Our team will assist you in coordinating with the brand’s official service center.
