Welcome to ChopOnUae. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury timepieces. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Nature of Our Service (On-Demand & Pre-order)
Unlike traditional retail stores, ChopOnUae operates on an On-Demand (Pre-order) basis.
- The Checkout Process: When you complete a transaction on our website, you are placing a Pre-order Request. Your payment serves as a secure reservation and a commitment to source the specific timepiece globally.
- No Immediate Dispatch: Please note that products are not held in local stock. Each order is triggered individually upon your request.
2. Delivery Timelines & Logistics
- Sourcing Period: Because we source our luxury watches from international partners, the standard fulfillment period is between 3 to 4 weeks.
- Estimated Arrival: While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, this window accounts for international shipping, UAE customs clearance, and our quality inspection.
- Delays: ChopOnUae is not liable for minor delays caused by international couriers or customs procedures within the UAE, although we will keep you updated via Email or WhatsApp.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Full payment is required at the time of the Pre-order to secure the timepiece from our global suppliers.
- Prices are subject to change based on international market rates until the moment the Pre-order is confirmed.
4. Cancellation of Pre-orders
- Since the sourcing process begins immediately, you may only cancel your order within 24 hours of payment.
- After 24 hours, the funds are committed to our global logistics partners, and the order cannot be cancelled until it reaches the UAE and follows our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
ChopOnUae acts as a specialized sourcing agent and retailer. We ensure the authenticity and safe delivery of your product. However, we are not responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of the website or delays in the global supply chain.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
